		<description>A point I haven&#039;t seen often talked about (clearly at least) is that web-based apps have another major flaw over standalone apps (also the problem with ASPs). What if I don&#039;t have access to the web (where the application and in the worst case the files are) when I really need it? On a plane, when travelling abroad etc?.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This is the major flaw that I see in web-based applications. They need to have &quot;offline-mode&quot; as well, which as it seems, very few do until a few years down the line and adoption.  Don&#039;t get me wrong, there will propably be a large boom in web-based apps (already being seen I guess), but there&#039;s a lot of limitations there as well especially for business use.
